The purpose of this study is to determine the principles of sustainable fisheries in fisheries management regulations in Indonesia. This research is a doctrinal analysis that uses the method of literature study, with a statutory and conceptual approach. Fishery Assessment was tasked with providing recommendations to the minister in setting the estimate.
