�� �� Tamiyo KONDO This study clarifies the housing rebuilding situation in three neighborhoods in City of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina (2005). The most distinctive trend is that the housing rebuilding percentage in all neighborhoods was almost same as 50%, and there is significant difference in percentage of abundant housing and vacant lots.
