In the present work we carried out the assesment of the generalized scale-similarity model (CB -Cs)(9) in compressible homogeneous isotropic turbulence at a moderately high Reynolds number, by comparing with previous dynamic subgrid-scale (SGS) stress models, viz, the dynamic Smagorinsky model (DSM)(4)( 5 ), the dynamic mixed model( 15 ) and the dynamic two-parameter mixed model").
