In recent years, improved quality, accuracy and speed for diagnosis of rabies has been adopted for rabies control strategies in developing countries. In field condition, rapid immuno-chromtographic diagnostic test (RIDT) is a true requirement for rapid epidemiological surveillance of rabies.
