As the morbidity of myopia increasing gradually, the prevention-control of myopia has been given more attentions. Orthokeratology(OK-lens), is now widely approved and used in clinical treatment as a non-surgical measure. The OK-lens directly contact the corneal anterior surface, therefore having some effects on the morphology and biological characteristics of the cornea.
