【Purpose】We retrospectively investigated the eŠect of administering ketamine as an anesthetic adjuvant on postoperative acute pain after thoracoabdominal aortic replacement. 【Method】The participants were 42 patients who underwent thoracoabdominal or descending thoracic aortic replacement at our institution between 2015 and 2019.
