... formance at Omani Colleges of Technology. The sample of this study was 175 construction employees in Technical Colleges in Oman. Data were gathered via questionnaires to achieve the objective of this research. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS. The study findings confirmed that the prediction of the transformational leadership style is positively related to employee training. Also, employee training is positively related to employee job performance. In this research, empirical results significantly supported that employee training mediated the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee job performance.
