Comparing Slide Systems for Microscopic Urinalysis

physical differences among systems. Both new systems required less time and handling of the sample and fewer and easier technical steps in loading sediment onto the slide than did the open systems. Using low concentrations of erythrocytes and leukocytes, we observed comparable results with the R/S 2000, KOVA, and Uri-Slide systems.
