more » ... hal society, woman has always remained a demographic compulsion in human geography. Ours is a plural society and we all are governed by two laws-the social law and the state law. Both these laws operate simultaneously with blurring of boundaries. There are numerous examples where Volume 2 • Issue 2 • 100011 sync with the importance of forensic science and forensic evidence not only as a weapon to fight crime against women but also as a deterrent to such crimes.
