The objective of the study was to test the effects of life skill training on emotional distress based on gender differences. The sampling was based on 160 adolescent students who participated in this study. These students were enrolled in various classes in city of Kabul, Afghanistan. The study was based on experiment design where we administered life skill training on experimental group and control group was excluded from such life skill training.
