In order to evaluate heritability and gene action for resistance to Bean common mosaic virus (BCMV) four crosses were established among bean genotypes with various resistance to BCMV. All four crosses were extended by other generations-F1, F2, backcrosses- to establish four families. Four separate experiments were conducted in RCB design with 3 replications in greenhouse conditions.
