Job satisfaction affects teachers' motivation, investment and performance to a great extent, and then affects the development of students and the improvement of school education quality. At present, there are a lot of researches on teachers' job satisfaction. There are many factors affecting teachers' job satisfaction, such as teachers' gender, educational background, and the support of principals.
