Abstracts vi169 NEURO-ONCOLOGY • NOVEMBER 2016 cluded a statistical assessment. There was a positive correlation between KPS at LM diagnosis and survival (r = 0.726027). However, relationships between the data were highly variable across the group, likely confounding results. For example, two of 4 patients who chose no treatment (one with a KPS of 90%) had IDH1 mutations but poor survival, suggesting a complex relationship between this prognostic variable and survival in LM.
