Abstracts vi169 NEURO-ONCOLOGY • NOVEMBER 2016 cluded a statistical assessment. There was a positive correlation between KPS at LM diagnosis and survival (r = 0.726027). However, relationships between the data were highly variable across the group, likely confounding results. For example, two of 4 patients who chose no treatment (one with a KPS of 90%) had IDH1 mutations but poor survival, suggesting a complex relationship between this prognostic variable and survival in LM. We are using cancer

Whole exome sequencing and gene expression profiling from available tissue samples is ongoing and results will be reported. Though limited in size (n=11), this represents the largest contemporaneous series of LM in patients with MG.
