Objective: Recently, the incidence of MM (Multiple myeloma, MM) in the elderly has gradually increased. We explored the diagnosis efficiency of urine light chain ratio combined with immunofixation electrophoresis for preliminary screening elderly MM patients who had renal injury as the first symptom.
