Instruments licensing is a model of supervision that aims to prevent the practice of traditional medicine services that endanger the patient. Legal protection for patients who suffer losses due to traditional treatments conducted by the criminal provisions on any person without a license to conduct the traditional health care practices, where the result of such actions lead to loss of property, severe injury or death. Claim for compensation may also be made against a person, health personnel, and / or the provider to incur losses due to errors or omissions in healthcare.
