Green building projects implemented in the country and the world were evaluated through the concept of sustainability. Within the scope of the evaluated projects, the Hobbit Hillside Houses in Sivas were examined and suggestions were developed for the city. As a first step, the concepts of sustainability and green building in the literature are explained. In the second stage, an evaluation was made about Sivas Hobbit Houses and suggestions were presented. In the study, the concept of green building was evaluated and it was aimed to understand the level of Sivas Hobbit Hillside Houses within the framework of energy saving and sustainability principles.
