This study aimed to analyze the influence of the number of female labor were educated (junior high school graduate, high school graduate, obedience diploma and graduate Strara 1), salary, and economic growth affect the female labor force participation rate in Indonesia. This study used panel data regression equation by using Fixed Effect Model (FEM).
