Timing Signal Distribution for Synchrotron Radiation Experiments Using RF Over White Rabbit

In synchrotron radiation experiments, some measurements such as nuclear resonant scattering, time-of-flight, and time-resolved measurements necessitate an RF clock and fundamental revolution frequency (zero-address) signals synchronized with a storage ring. Currently, these timing signals are delivered directly over dedicated cables from an accelerator timing station to each experimental station.
