Absract The aim of the study is to determine the impact of leadership types on the organizational performance and the mediating role of the management style in this effect. In order to complete the study, questionnaires applied to thermal hotel managers in Afyonkarahisar. The Bass & Avolio Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), 34 questions, was used to determine the leadership styles.
