Türkiye Bilişim Sanayicileri Derneği(TÜBİSAD)'ın hazırlamış olduğu "Atılım Stratejisi-2023" raporuna göre, Türkiye'nin 2023 yılında dünyanın en büyük 10 ekonomisi arasına girme hedefini gerçekleştirebilmesi için bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri sektörüne (BİTS) gereken önemi vermesi gerekir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, 2010-2014 yıllarında Borsa İstanbul(BİST) Bilişim Endeksi'ne kote olmuş 13 işletmenin çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden birisi olan Promethee analizini kullanarak kredi notlarını belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Abstract Credit rating activities is a grading process undertaking of debt liability of the company that holds the debt to pay on schedule. Furthermore, the result of rating activities are an opinion of the notes given, represents a thought or a statement. One of the reasons why credit ratings are needed, is to make the relationship between the fund provider with those who need funds more transparent, more understandable and reliable. İn one period the knowledge economy dominated, it provides conceivable significant contribution to the economic growth of the IT enterprises. According to the report, "Information Industry Association of Turkey (TUBISAD)" which was prepared in "Breakthrough Strategy-2023", Turkey in order to realize the goal of entering the world's largest 10 economies in 2023, is required to give the importance necessary about information and communication technology. In this regard, 13 companies from the Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST) which are listed on the IT Index were studied in the years 2010-2014 using Promethean, one of the multi criteria decision making methods, to try to determine credit ratings analysis.
