The study on the employee satisfaction has been one of the most important factors of organizational behavior because it has been closely linked with the organizational phenomena like motivation, performance, leadership etc. This concept is also important in management institutes because it improves the performance of employees and when teachers are satisfied with their job they can perform their responsibility with more concentration and devotion.
