Giant cell tumor remains one of the most controversial and discussed bone tumors. Its diagnosis may be very difficult especially in vertebral localization as it requires a careful study of the pathology tissue. The authors report a series of four patients, treated in the MT Kassab orthopaedic Institute for vertebral giant cell tumor (GCT), with different clinical presentation and therapeutic strategies.
