Timescale for Arbitrators' Work in the Emirati Civil Procedures Law: A Comparative Study with the Jordanian Law

Arbitration is referred to as one of the leading alternative dispute resolution means. Parties do refer to arbitration to have their disputes resolved on the hands of arbitrators of their own choice. Arbitration was found to be faster than courts of law in resolving disputes. This speediness, is recognised as one of the main advantages of arbitration.
