The e-survey was constructed and distributed to all selected participants. The results found that FBM-HRIS has several modules which provide many benefits to the faculty such as the ability to support tracking day-to-day human resource activities (staff training information, conferences activities etc.), improving faculty strategic planning in an organized and systematic way, and among others.
