Acute coronary syndrome describes the presence of sudden ischemia in the myocardium due to loss of blood flow to the heart muscle, causing the cessation of oxygen supply to heart cells. The most common symptom is chest pain. Pain can be overcome by non-pharmacological therapy, the other is benson relaxation. The Benson Relaxation Practice can provide a relaxing and calming effect for patients so that it can change physiological responses associated with stress responses such as oxygen
