This study investigates anti-Toxoplasma gondii seroprevalence in Santa Inês sheep raised in different Greater Vitória municipalities in Espírito Santo State. Blood samples were obtained from 236 sheep raised in six farms in the municipalities of Vila Velha, Guarapari, Serra and Cariacica.
