Report on Residents' Actual Life Conditions in a Slum District in Yangon

While Yangon City in Myanmar was developed as a planned area, slum districts, which are said to be vulnerable, have been increasing. According to a report by a JICA study team, about 100 slum districts were formed inside Yangon city in the 1980s, but living conditions inside were not well known.
