Taobao is one of the biggest C2C platform in the world, because of the information asymmetry and the lack of communication between consumers and sellers, consumers may buy counterfeit or inferior goods in Taobao. The paper will focus on one of measure of the communication, comments. It will analyze the Taobao C2C transaction with or without communication by using game theory and regression analysis.
