A simple and efficient cloud point spectrophotometric method has been used for the determination of salbutamol sulphate and methyldopa both in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. The procedure was based on the ion association formation with eosin Y. The extraction of ion association, drown to Triton X-114 micelles, was measured spectrophotometrically.
