Measuring the parameters of a transmission line is much more difficult than measuring any other public infrastructure. The present system used by utilities is time consuming and provides only information about the audible noise; but whatever method has been given so far, it does not give any information about the inaudible noise. The proposed method will enhance the public service provider involvement in the measurement process, and decrease the extra cost to measure the side effects of the project.
