The aim of the thesis was to analyze the customer processes in the company. With the help of PEST analysis we found out in which external environment the given company operates. We then analyzed the sales activities of our customers. The main outcome of this work was the elaboration of a SWOT analysis, which showed us the strengths and weaknesses of the company and also the opportunities and threats that come from its external environment.
