Patients with patulous Eustachian tube (ET) are bothered by the typical symptoms of severe fullness of the ear,autophony,respiratory tinnitus, etc. But the diagnosis was often regarded as stenosis of ET, and the symptoms were regarded as psychosomatic disorders due to the difficulty of diagnosis.
