Pengaruh Pisang Ambon Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil di Klinik FS Munggaran Kabupaten Garut

Anemic conditions can increase the risk of maternal death during childbirth, prematurity babies, LBW, mothers and the fetus are prone to infections, miscarriage. more » ... experimental with a two group pretest posttest control design. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women with anemia. The sample was 30 trimester III pregnant women consisting of 15 experimental groups and 15 control groups. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Pregnant women consume Ambon banana twice a day every morning and evening for 14 days. Data obtained by measuring hemoglobin levels with (Easytouch GCHB). The results of the data analysis research used were univariate analysis of the average hemoglobin level before being given Ambon banana in the control group of 9.240 gr / dl, while in the experimental group it was 9.193 gr / dl. The average hemoglobin level after giving Ambon banana to the control group was 10.14 gr / dl, while in the experimental group 11.56 g / dl. The results of the independent T test bivariate analysis resulted in a value of P = 0.000 (P <0.05), there was a difference in the increase in hemoglobin levels between the experimental group and the control group at the FS Munggaran Clinic. It is suggested that it can be applied as an alternative way to treat anemia that occurs in pregnant women besides that must be balanced with the provision of Fe tablets and diet. ABSTRAK Kondisi anemia dapat meningkatkan risiko kematian ibu saat melahirkan, bayi prematuritas, BBLR, ibu dan janin mudah terkena infeksi, keguguran. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam pencegahan anemia ada dua yaitu farmakologi dengan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe dan non-farmakolog dengan pemberian pisang ambon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh konsumsi buah pisang ambon terhadap kenaikan peningkatan kadar hemoglobin di Klinik FS Munggaran Kabupaten Garut. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu quasy eksperimental dengan desain two group pretest posttest control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil Trimester III dengan anemia. Sampelnya sebanyak 30 ibu hamil trimester III yang terdiri dari 15 kelompok eksperimen dan 15 kelompok kontrol. Sampel di ambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Ibu hamil mengkonsumsi buah pisang ambon dua kali sehari setiap pagi dan sore selama 14 hari. Data deperoleh dengan cara melakukan pengukuran kadar hemoglobin dengan (Easytouch GCHB). Hasil penelitian analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisa univariat rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum diberikan pisang ambon pada kelompok kontrol 9,240 gr/dl, sedangkan pada kelompok eksperimen 9,193 gr/dl. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin setelah diberikan pemberian pisang ambon pada kelompok kontrol 10,14 gr/dl, sedangkan pada kelompok eksperimen 11,56 gr/dl.
