The farmer's perception of the use of hand tractors in the processing of paddy fields was measured using a liqueur scale with a score of 1 (strongly disagree) to a score of 5 (strongly agree). And analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis that shows the perceptions of farmers on the use of good hand tractors. The effectiveness of using hand tractor in the Multipurpose farm group shows that the use of hand tractors on a land area of 0.25 ha requires 2 hours processing time at a cost of Rp. 175,000. The population and sample in this study were groups of Multipurpose Farmers in Prigi Village, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency. Counseling delivered was about the comparison of the costs of using land processing using hand tractors, hoes, and livestock, the media used were power point slides with lecture and discussion methods. The evaluation results on the counseling carried out showed the level of knowledge of the farmers after the extension was carried out at 98%.
