This study aims to analyze the legislative and executive public officials' actions in establishing multi-regulatory policies regarding forest and land fire disaster management in Indonesia. The present study represents descriptive qualitative research. The theory of power and authority, public policy theory, and collaborative governance theory were utilized to sharpen the research results. The data was analyzed using an interactive analysis.
