The antimicrobial effects of ozonated water were studied against Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger spores and viable Enterococcus faecalis, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei and Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells. The in-vitro tests showed higher resistance of the A. niger spores to the ozonated water in comparison with the B. subtilis spores.
