The comparative analysis of reliability prediction methods in the design of radio-electronic systems was carried out. In the systems design, it is offered to pass on to the method of probabilistic-physical analysis of reliability with the application of exponential and diffusive non-monotonic distributions of components failure. The usage of the method of probabilistic-physical analysis of reliability can provide considerable economic effect, by reducing the cost of systems samples in several times.
