The present study reveals that the mean score of total sample (300) on overall teacher effectiveness scale was found to be 308.95 and standard deviation was found to be 22.75. The mid-point of teacher effectiveness is the 172.5. The obtained mean score is above the mid-point value. Therefore it is concluded that the school teachers are showing highest teacher effectiveness.
