The Effect of Principal's Leadership Style and Teacher's Job Satisfation towards Teacher's Performance

This study determined the effect of the principal's leadership style and teacher's job satisfaction on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.
