The teacher must have good performance so that educational goals can also be realized. However, several phenomena show that there are teachers who have low performance, one of the contributing factors is the lack of teacher commitment to the task. This study aims to analyze the teacher's commitment to the task, teacher performance, and the relationship between the two.
