The growth and development of any nation is greatly dependent on the availability of basic public infrastructure and services. The public Private Partnerships (PPP) has been in use for almost two decades helping developed countries improve their infrastructure stock to achieve their economic goals. Despite the link between infrastructure availability and economic growth, developing countries are yet to achieve adequate infrastructure provision to assist their quest for economic growth.
