In this study, data was collected through a survey from large business employees operating in the construction, mining, and machinery sectors in Niğde City to determine the effect of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test hypotheses in the study. Also "alignment of values" and "meaningful work" sub-dimensions of workplace spirituality affect affective commitment positively and the "sense of community" sub-dimension doesn't affect affective commitment; "alignment of values" and "sense of community" sub-dimensions of workplace spirituality affect continuance commitment positively and "meaningful work" sub-dimension doesn't affect continuance commitment; "alignment of values" and "sense of community" sub-dimensions of workplace spirituality effect normative commitment positively and "meaningful work" sub-dimension doesn't affect normative commitment. In conclusion, it is determined that workplace spirituality affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively and partially.
