Aim: to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic versus microscopic removal of pituitary noninvasive adenoma. Materials and methods: The present prospective comparative was conducted in the Department of Neurosurgery, SKMCH, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India among 40 patients diagnosed of noninvasive pituitary Adenoma.
