This study was prepared to examine the relationship between attachment styles of married individuals and differentiation of self. The research group was formed randomly from 350 voluntarily married couples. The "Self Differentiation Scale" scale was used to measure differentiation of self, and the attachment styles scale in interpersonal relationships was used to measure attachment styles in relationships. For this research, first of all, permissions to use the scale were obtained from the academicians who developed and adapted the scales. For 350 data, normality test, internal consistency coefficient test for scales, correlation analysis, regression analysis, two independent samples t-test, and One Way Anova for more than two independent variables were applied, respectively. As a result of the study, it can be said that as the emotional reactivity score of a married individual increases, the insecure anxious attachment score decreases. It was also observed that differentiation of self sub-dimensions could explain 51% of the variance of insecure anxious attachment. Emotional reactivity, I-position, and dependence on others sub-dimensions of differentiation of self significantly and strongly explained the variance of insecure-anxious attachment. In addition, it can be said that only the I-position sub-dimension is statistically significant and different according to the gender variable.
