Various therapeutic approaches have been developed to manage venous ulcers. In this study the effectiveness of a hydrocolloid dressing (Comfeel Ulcer Dressing) in comparison to the Unna boot, the prototype of rigid bandages, was evaluated. Prospective, comparative study.
