DVR-Based Manet Routing Protocols Taxonomy
2012
International Journal of Computer Science & Engineering Survey
In ad hoc network, each node is equipped with a wireless transmitter and receiver (transceiver) that is powered by a battery. Two nodes willing to communicate with each other need to be either in the direct common range of each other or should be helped by other nodes to act as routers forwarding their packets. A node in a Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) acts as dual role of a host and a router as well. Designing routing algorithm for MANET is a difficult job compared to designing routing
