A casD of a laryngeal foreign body (needle) in a 64-year-old male is reported. The patient fell down from a ladder and hit his neck. The laryngeal foreign body was found incidently by cervical X-ray photographing. Then it was judged to be a needle and he was introduced to our department. Twenty-five years ago, he had severe pain in his throat when he ate a fish. The abnormal feeling in his throat and the slight hoarseness seemed to have continued thereafter, as the needle had been included in
