Microfinance and Financial Inclusion despite the inability of the formal financial system to provide financial services to the poor, microfinance revolution has helped poor to unfold the "underserved" status, contributing to economic and social empowerment of poor particularly women. Also this study directs towards the mediator such as financial inclusion with SHG bank. The results lead to the conclusion that the SHG-Bank linkage programme increased the degree of financial inclusion among landless, marginal and small farm size category. SHG bank linkage promotes financial inclusion and resultant lesser dependence on the moneylenders.
