Gamification as a topic is getting increasing attention within organizations as a method of organizing and structuring business processes. Gamification is about using game elements in a non-game context with the intention to effectuate a sustainable behavior change. In this paper we introduce Persuasive and Motivational Design (PMD) for information system design methods.
