As the world population is ageing and the number of the seniors raises, the importance of knowledge and methods of geriatrics and gerontology increases. The seniors represent highly specific group of patients where multimorbidity, polypharmacotherapy and enlarged risk of adverse drug events often make drug treatment more complicated.
